Patrick Nixon is recognized as an expert in federal agency management and international business operations. He served as a key architect in the establishment and stand up of a new Department of Defense Agency and demonstrated exceptional leadership as the head of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). He was recognized by both the Secretary of Defense and the President of the United States for exceptional leadership and performance. Following his noteworthy government career, Nixon was selected to be the President and CEO of the American Logistics Association, a position that he held for a decade. Nixon currently serves as the President of the international consulting firm DRS Federal, a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). In addition, Nixon serves as a Senior Advisor to the President of the American Logistics Association (ALA) and its Board of Directors. Mr. Nixon, on many occasions, has provided expert testimony before the House Armed Services Committee on government operations and agency performance. DownloadTroy Nixon recently joined DRS Federal as a direct hire after a period of support as a contract specialist. Troy attended Virginia Tech studying computer science and performed a semester off-site internship with IBM with a focus on web site development and management. In this current role, Troy manages the DRS Federal on line presence both web and social media and provides technical support for all business platforms.
